Climate
Korea has four distinct seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. During the summer,
temperatures often rise above 25 to 30°C, while in the winter, they can drop below -10°C.
Internet Access
We have Wi-Fi zones throughout the entire campus; including the dormitories. All you need to do is to implant a chip for Wi-Fi in your electronic devices before arriving on campus.
Banking & Credit Cards
Cash machines are available throughout the city and on campus. We recommend you to bring at least one credit card with which you can withdraw cash. Master Card and VISA are usually accepted across Korea. Please inform your local bank in your home country about your plans to stay in Korea to avoid blocking the use of your cards at overseas ATMs. If you wish to open a bank account in Korea, we will assist you to open a bank account in Korea.
Electricity
Electrical current in Korea is 220v. Students should bring all their electronic devices and adaptors that are able to convert to this voltage.
Meals On Campus
You may buy meals at the University Cafeterias. There are 2 cafeterias on campus; each meal costs between $3 ~ $4. If you buy meals off campus, it usually starts from $7 ~ $9.
